Approximately 8 Miles to Smithbridge Road
Right on Smithbridge Road
Right on Valley Brook Road (Smithbridge eventually
dead ends into Valley Brook after 3 traffic lights
and a stop sign)
Right on Mattson Road (1st road that comes in on
your right after turning onto Valley Brook)
Right onto Swan Lake Drive
3rd driveway on your right is All Riders Up
From 95 South
322 West Exit (to West Chester)
322 to Mattson Road (you will go through 3 lights,
pass a golf course on your left, then Mattson will
come in on your right start looking for it after
you pass the golf course)
Right onto Mattson Road
Cross over Concord Road (stop sign)
Left on Swan Lake Drive (1st left after crossing
Concord Road)
3rd driveway on your right is All Riders Up
From NJ
322 West over the Commodore Barry Bridge to 95
South
Right onto Mattson Road (you will go through 3
lights, pass a golf course on your left then Mattson
will come in on your right start looking for it
after you pass the golf course)
Cross over Concord Road (stop sign)
Left on Swan Lake Drive (1st left after crossing
Concord Road)
3rd driveway on your right is All Riders Up
From 476
Lima/Springfield Exit (US 1) South
US 1 South to Valley Brook Road (once you get off
of 476 you are on the bypass for a while, this will
merge with US 1 and you will continue on US 1 for
quite a while you will pass a mall, the Franklin
Mint, Wawa Dairy etc
)There are 7 lights before you
get to Valley Brook. There is a light at Valley
Brook Road (Ennis Fuel is on the corner)
Left on Valley Brook Road
Right on Mattson Road (4th road that comes in on
your right)
Right on Swan Lake Drive (3rd road that comes in
on your right)
3rd Driveway on your right is All Riders Up
From Downingtown/Exton
100 to 202 South
Left at light at Rte 1 North
Right on Valley Brook Road (8th Light after
turning onto Rte 1)
Right on Mattson Road (4th road that comes in on
your right)
Right on Swan Lake Drive (3rd road that comes in
on your right)
3rd Driveway on your right is All Riders Up
From Rte 1 North
Right on Valley Brook Road (8th Light after the
intersection of Rte 1/202)
Right on Mattson Road (4th road that comes in on

Areas to watch out for

Sight Distances are limited when making the
following turns with a trailer avoid them if
possible:
1. Avoid making a left on to Concord Road from
Mattson
2. Avoid making a left onto 322 from Mattson
3. Avoid making a left from 322 on to Mattson
4. Avoid making a left on to Mattson from Valley
Brook
