VOLUNTEERS

Our volunteers are the indispensable soul of all the programs at All Riders Up.  We would not be able to provide our services without them. They devote many hours of their otherwise free time, because it provides a tremendous feeling of pride and satisfaction in helping others who have special needs.  Volunteering is a great way to exercise, meet new people, give back to the community and have fun.

ARU is always in need of new volunteers. We value reliability, the desire to learn, and to become part of a team. No prior horse experience is required. An extensive training program is provided, if you want to participate in student lessons. But there are other ways you can volunteer-in the barn and facility maintenance, administrative tasks, fundraising and special events.  All volunteers should be fourteen years old, though exceptions may be considered by the executive director.

If you want to make a difference in the lives of some special people, download the volunteer packet and email us at allridersup@comcast.net to arrange a tour of the center.
